Description
We are looking for a proven Process Analyst
Must have extensive and hands-on experience coming from an Analytical background and has worked within an Agile environment.
Initial 3-month contract, full remote - start within 1 week.
Working alongside the Technical Product Team - you will be part of the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle. Works closely with the engineering and business teams. Ensures revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met ensuring that the product/project supports the overall strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Process Mapping and Process Analysis
- Responsible for coordinating business requirements
- Gathering requirements As Is and To Be
- Works with external third parties and off-shore teams
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience using the agile delivery model
- Has worked with any of the ISO standards
