Real Estate Property Manager urgently required to work on a 12 month contract Role.Location: London
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Understanding of the Real Estate function, Charter Surveyor preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in Real Estate budget development and management.
- Sound Contract Management experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skillset.
- Experience of individual delivery to a high standard whilst also supporting the wider team to perform.
- Must be able to collaborate on a wide scale of projects, adding value in a confident and constructive manner to get to the best solutions.
