My client is looking for a Sr Project Manager - At least 10 years of experience in general business management with application to Project Management You work precisely and you can analyze problems and describe needs, model and clearly document business processes
Very strong skills to work in teamwork, project-based and in Agile environments. You maintain good contacts with the various stakeholders and you take a proactive partnership role. You translate a vision and customer needs into feasible tasks and set priorities.
Strong knowledge of business processes of the supply chain and the link with the hinterland (Rail, truck, barge) in particular.
Extensive knowledge of the different Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates) and methodologies (6 Sigma/Lean/PMP/PMI/, PRINCE2, Agile, .).
Strong communication/analysis skills, with the ability and courage to constructively challenge others and to connect different (external) parties to arrive at a supported solution. Proven leadership to turn vision into action into concrete results - and proactively promote common goals and actions (evangelism). Understanding of architectural concepts within different domains (security, application, infrastructure, integration).
Language requirement: Dutch, French and English
