Description
Cloud Consulting has an urgent requirement for an experienced user researcher to work on a large-scale digital transformation programme for a public sector department.
You will be responsible for planning, designing and carrying out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the people that use government services.
This research informs policy, proposition, service, content and interaction design so that services work well for users and achieves policy intent.
The role can be done remotely and falls within the scope of IR35.
To be suitable you should have the following experience:
- Previous GDS experience
- Inclusive research - understand the diversity of users of services
- Experience in a range of research skills and the ability to choose appropriate methods for each stage of the product life cycle.
- Understand how digital technology is changing user behaviour, and the challenges and opportunities that presents for services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services
