We're looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join us on a massive digital transformation, with data being the focal point. The successful Senior Delivery Lead will need to have strong Agile experience and be happy to work with numerous stakeholders at one time. Strong communicator and happy to get stuck in.
Senior Delivery Lead - Agile will require the following experience
- Agile leadership
- Experience delivering business-critical projects, with tight deadlines.
- Working within technical environments
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Gathering requirements and project scope
- Experience of the full project life cycle
- Participate in daily stand-ups Developing and motivating teams
- Successfully deliver high-quality products on time and on-budget
- Coaching of team members to develop their potential
- Technical background is a bonus
- Working with a range of stakeholders
Senior Delivery Lead - Agile the nature of our engagement means this project will also fall outside of IR35.
