Tableau Data Analyst/Engineer
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Tableau Data Analyst/Engineer. This role is currently remote based.
The ideal candidate will have SC Clearance in place, or will be eligible to undergo the clearance.
This role will be inside IR35 from April onwards.
Role and task description:
- Work closely with a Service Designer to transpose requirements into working dashboards
- Provide feasibility and impact of implementing changes as requested to ascertain impact on overall delivery
- SME on Tableau capabilities (ie data connectors, visualisations best practice)
- Analyse available data sources to provide recommendations of required metrics
- Recreate required metrics in Tableau including developing calculations
- Provide testing capabilities of Tableau development
Preferred delivery experience:
- Comprehensive Tableau development experience
- Experience with diverse data sources (ie Google Analytics, Gov.uk, ServiceNow)
- Experience on data transformation and integration
- Public Sector & GDS principals experience
- Agile delivery experience
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in an organisation
- Basic project management experience
