We're looking for an exceptional UX Architect to join the team. We expect your core expertise to be design, but you'll be working in a cross functional team to solve complex business problems and address user needs. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering holistic digital products for different industries, technologies and most importantly -types of users.
You should be an expert in empathising with users and clients, but you'll also need business acumen to quickly understand customer challenges in various industries. It's a bonus if you understand new technologies and how to include them in the solution process.
Requirements:
*7+ years of experience in user experience; design thinking, client engagement, defining an experience strategy
*Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, balancing business as well as user needs and create tangible business outcomes
*Facilitate and lead stakeholder workshops, business interviews, prioritisation activities and scope work with the clients- both in person and virtual
*Extensive experience in creating UX scope, strategy and roadmap
*Hands on experience building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products throughout the product life cycle
*Experience with a variety of UX methods like user journeys, design thinking, information hierarchies, task-flows and site maps
*Ability to conduct, analyse, and draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data
*Proven record of measuring and enhancing customer delight through your designs
*Comfortable identifying, building, and analysing KPIs for enhanced end designs
*Eye for visual design
*Fluent in at least a few design tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, Axure, etc.
*Willingness to travel to both the office and client locations post a COVID restrictions, at the moment we all work from home
Helpful Skills:
*Experience in business requirement analysis
*Practical experience with marketing and branding strategies and are comfortable consulting on this topic
*Knows the WCAG Accessibility standards and has used them
*Familiar with building and maintaining design systems
*You've worked in a consulting or agency environment before
*High technical empathy and curiosity in emerging technologies
