Description
MSSQL DBA - AWS Cloud Migration - Financial Services. A consultancy are assisting a financial markets organisation with an AWS cloud migration and have an opportunity for a MSSQL DBA to assist with database related changes for this migration.
You will be responsible for administrating databases in a heterogenous but Microsoft centric technology environment including MSS SQL, Always On, Powershell, AWS, Terraform, Ansible and Oracle.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- 8+ years DBA or similar experience, preferably in the financial services
- Strong MSQL DBA< Always On and PowerShell experience (Essential)
- Experience setting up/configuring database instances in AWS (essential)
- Terraform and ansible ()preferred)
- Oracle databases experience (preferred)
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is a £/day contract role initially for six months.
