Description
The expertise, skills and experience of a Service Now Business Analyst is being sought for a mobile platform project in Warsaw. This role is onsite and requires candidates who are already based in Poland or prepared to move to Warsaw, Poland.
What you will have the opportunity to do as a Service Now Business Analyst:
- Driver Digital Service transformation across GCIO by completing the onboarding of all existing services and capabilities currently in the ServiceNow Catalog
- Extend Digital transformation to other areas within GCIO to provide a consistent and end-to-end Customer experience to all the organisations employees, not only across technology, but also HR, GBSS, data and application services/departments/areas too
Skills and experience required skills required as a Service Now Business Analyst:
- Strong ServiceNow. The client isn't so focused on the number of years but more so the depth of the experience.
