About the role
3-6 month contract
London based (remote during COVID-19)
Competitive day rate
The client is seeking a platform owner who has a great understanding of the platform - Oracle EBS (E-business Suite) - HR and/or Finance, this is essential to the role. This will be a technical leader who knows the product/platform (Oracle EBS) very well, someone who can identify issues with its current implementation and build a roadmap to fix the issues and align the changes to organisation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and share a vision for the platform
- Undertake a technical review and assessment of the current platform and make recommendations, in the form of a roadmap (for next two-three years) and developed backlog (work for next 6 months)
- Develop and draft appropriate platform governance to support and enable interactions from related product teams
- Define, propose and measure appropriate technical and value-based metrics for the platform
- Understand and articulate the stakeholder groups and key stakeholders for the platform
- Lead a small team, establish successor and bring positivity and re-energise an existing team.
