Description

The Job

Solutions architect working on the architecture and delivery of a next generation telephony and customer contact solution for a leading retail bank.

Working in a complex multi-vendor environment your task as the solution architect will be to review their IVR end to end, and work out how they can evolve the system, you will build the cornerstone of their contact centre strategy for the next three years. You will then make recommendations about what can be done to improve their customer contact and IVR without making massive wholesale changes. Where is the low hanging fruit? what low cost changes can be made? Etc.

As a solutions architect you will be representing a consultancy with the end client, you will be comfortable being client facing and presenting your findings back to senior management.

This is the 1st phase of the project, the likely 2nd stage is delivering against it.

The company

Working for a leading consultancy, that drives innovation in their clients you will the face of this consultancy with the client. You will work in a highly functioning team of onshore and offshore resource and well backed by an Embedded process that follows the SAFe framework.

They are a friendly team and given the current situation are all working from home. When things open up, you will have to come to the office which is based in London, though it is very doubtful that will every 5 days per week as it once was.
