Essential Skills and Experience:
You will be experienced IT and digital recruiter with:
Experience of delivering complex IT recruitment campaigns.
Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships with your senior stakeholders. Under pinned by sound analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively using a variety of media.
Experience of developing, improving and delivering an IT recruitment service in a changing environment, leading others to deliver.
Experience of developing and producing MI to enable management of recruitment performance.
The experience and know how to identify and progress the most effective route to filling roles.
You will have the 'know how' required to successfully fill IT and digital roles through a variety of routes
