Programme Manager (Flexcube)
On behalf of our medium sized banking organisation we have a Programme Manager/Director position that will be responsible for leading and driving an Oracle Flexcube migration from one version to another. This is a challenging programme that will contain multiple workstreams and require managing a project team and challenging vendor. You will have the gravitas to lead this but also not be afraid to roll the sleeves up when required as they are a medium sized bank not a large retail bank. I must emphasise that for this role the client requires someone who has implemented Flexcube previously.
Experience:
- Programme Manager/Director with strong financial services experience
- Must have experience implementing Flexcube (Oracle core banking system). This is essential
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Be happy to roll the sleeves up and help drive delivery when needed
