We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Engagement Manager for one of their Public Sector Clients based in Telford. This role will currently be remote.
IR35 Status: N/A until 5th April 2021, then In Scope from 6th April 2021
Location: Telford - WFH currently
What you'll bring -
- Experience working as an Engagement Manager, managing software and/or integration projects
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and experience deliving under fixed price arrangements
- Ability to build productive relationships
- Flexibility about work content with ability to balance priorities across multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to work independently and with the client
- An strong understanding of agile methodologies, tools and techniques
- The following would be an advantage but is not essential:
- Experience of delivery using an iterative/agile methodology and collaboration tools (eg Agile/
SCRUM, Atlassian Jira, Agile for Scrum, Confluence) - Understanding of agile delivery techniques eg Continuous Delivery/Integration, Test Driven Development, and associated tooling
- Professional Scrum Master Qualification
- Experience delivering data related projects in the cloud
