Candidate must have worked on enterprise-grade server hardware (Install, Configure and Maintain)
Experience in supporting the following platforms: Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 5/6/7/8 SUSE and AIX preferred User Management, File system administration using LVM & Native Unix commands
Scheduling Cron job Assists with hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and backup of client Servers.
Performs hardware and software upgrades.
Experience with Solaris
Applies security patches and recommended operating system (OS) patches. adds and removes user accounts.
Provides system performance tuning and performs backups and restores.
Knowledge in Hadoop preferred. Monitor all risks to customers' business and set processes in place to address them.
