I am recruiting for an Agile Coach to work remotely. Occasional site visits to London may be necessary once restrictions are lifted.
The role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the advert is the take home pay after ALL deductions.
You will be responsible for leading and coaching methods of participative organisational structure and design, 1:1 change and agile coaching for senior leaders and IT teams and organisational change problem solving consultancy.
You must have significant participative organisational design skills & also strong experience in designing inclusive campaigns.
You must also have experience in IT organisational design & organisational change management skills.
Solid Agile coaching experience coupled with organisational change skills is required.
You will have a good track record and experience in working with Local Government organisations in designing IT structures and operating models.
