Role: BI Analyst/Developer - HR
Location: Remote - UK
Initial 3 Month Contract
Daily Rate: Competitive -PAYE
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deliver applications that provide advanced people analytics in the form of reports, dashboards, presentations and infographics to support the HR function and wider business in achieving their goals
- Design, build and maintain the data flow from disparate HR systems to a consolidated data warehouse for consumption by end user applications.
- Ensure controls are in place to maximise accuracy and to maintain a robust reporting suite that is delivered within agreed SLAs
Key Skills and Experience:
- QlikView
- SQL, including Microsoft SSMS, SSIS and SSRS
- Microsoft Excel and Access, including knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and its application for process automation in Excel and Access.
- Oracle PeopleSoft Query Manager, Oracle BI Architecture, Oracle BI Analysis Editor and Oracle BI Dashboards an advantage
