SuccessFactors HR/EC - experienced Configuration/Business Analyst required.

*Candidate MUST HAVE recent Success Factors HR Employee Central project experience*

Our client is seeking a strong and experienced Business Analyst who has proven client side SuccessFactors Global HR/EC IT systems Full Life Cycle implementation experience.

The successful candidate will join an already established team of HR system experts. They will help the team with various technical and functional tasks across the SuccessFactors HR/EC Global implementation. Please apply if you have proven experience with the below.

Role responsibility and accountabilities will include:

  • Analysis of HR/IT data
  • System configuration of SF HR/EC - other module knowledge and experience will be of benefit.
  • troubleshooting through to delivery of support tickets
  • Ability to work both technical and functional system requirements - reviewing work instructions - experience in system configuration
  • Technical and Functional support in building/configuration of eg Helpdesk portal
  • Ability to review specifications and documents eg training, integration specifications
  • Working within the Testing team at various stages of the project.

Specific skills required

  • SuccessFactors HR/EC systems experience/ability to configure
  • Self starter, motivator and ability to manage own work load in the main.
  • Resilient, hard working, focussed
  • Proven experience working on behalf of the end client not SI.
  • Available to travel if required once UK lockdown relaxes
  • Good attention to detail, documentation skills, problem solving, requirements analysis
  • Will be required to design and document end-to-end processes
  • Experience working in dynamic fast paced agile environments, collaboratively and openly with others
  • Experience working with stakeholders to elicit business requirements
  • Experience of documenting user needs and requirements
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Available with immediate effect ideally/within 2-3 weeks latest.

This role will be working full time remote due to Covid19 travel guidelines.

Contact is outside of IR35.
