Salesforce Functional Consultant/Business Analyst - Banking - CRM application rollout
A global organisation who are a household name in technology require a Salesforce Functional Consultant who will work with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
*Strong experience in Salesforce
*Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
*Develop process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
*Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
*Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.
*Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
*Define success criteria and develop comprehensive project plans to track progress.
*Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfil user stories
You will have:
Experience of CRM application roll-out for Tier 1 organisations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Banking experience preferred
