Description
Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Service Delivery Analyst on an initial 3 month contract.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to major platform upgrades or changes, including aspects of design, planning, testing and communication
- Platform monitoring and support, in line with requirements of Service Management processes (inc. Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Management of the ServiceNow team mailbox and queues (request, Incident, Change, etc).
- Ensuring that all processes and procedures are documented, including regular review/update/retirement of existing documentation
Essential skills:
- ITIL qualified and experienced
- Good communicator, both written and orally with business and technical colleagues
- Able to utilise multiple problem solving methodologies
- Wide experience across different technologies (such O365, Infrastructure and Desktop)
- Incident management experience
