PERSON SPECIFICATION
It is essential that you can provide evidence and examples for each of the following selection criteria in your application:
*Experience and knowledge of ERP systems including Unit 4 (Agresso)(SAP) and (ERP), including an understanding of HR and Finance processes; and Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online and CRM, and managing the monitoring, administration, customisation and configuration of these environments.
*Experience of managing a development and testing function within a Microsoft environment ideally incorporating power platform tools, a good understanding of database technologies and software development life cycles.
*Exposure to Agile and/or traditional development methods and life cycles.
*Experience of managing upgrades and patches across enterprise applications and services.
*Strong organisation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers to foster strong professional relationships.
*Proven ability in effective decision making and prioritisation of tasks/project related work, determining goals and priorities and resource management to achieve the set goals and using relevant project management methodologies.
*Excellent oral and written communications.
*An ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate or comparable experience.
