Release Manager (ServiceNow/ITIL/Change)

Methods requires the service of an IT Release Manager to work on a large fast paced programme within a Government organisation. You will have expensive experience working with ServiceNow and be a confident communicator being about to work in a complex multi supplier environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working on complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-supplier cloud-first enterprise solutions.
- Experience of leading the planning, scheduling and execution of the end-to-end release management process.
- Experience of coordinating release activities with teams working across multiple environments.
- Working to ensure all existing release management standards and processes are followed, but able to propose improvements where possible.
- Must be hands on technically, with strong stakeholder management experience, a clear communicator, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working within a Service Desk environment would be beneficial.
