Our client is a large Enterprise in Telecom Industry looking for Change Manager with following responsibilities and Skills for a 6 months contract.
Job Responsibilities
- Embed approach for Business execution and delivery in consultation within OWS/Customer as deemed relevant.
- Establish Business Impact Scope & assessment.
- Establish milestone delivery and approval gates.
- Control Business Delivery roadmap.
- Plan, develop and lead OWS governance.
- Business Risk Analysis & mitigations.
- Constant alignment with ITPM and OWS Business and Product SMEs.
- Sign off for ITPM on milestone delivery to measure & report progress.
- Guide BA's & SMEs in developing test cases for UAT and BRT.
- Change recommendations, governance and reporting.
- Plan and Run Customer Comms & Internal Stakeholder Briefings.
Education and Skills
- Tertiary level qualification in Information Technology or Engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including Senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in bridging business and IT to achieve deliverables.
- Flexible in approach.
- Attention to detail.
