My client is a market leader within the payments sector who predominantly partner with innovative brands across commerce and industry. They are embarking on a global transformation across all of their core systems, and require a Jira Administrator on an interim basis to support them through this. This is an initial short term contract with the intention of continuing for at least a 12 month period.


  • Manage global settings including users and groups, roles, global permissions, and schemes
  • Regularly support senior stakeholders across the business as they continue to scale globally
  • Configure and administer Jira Software, Jira Core and/or Jira Service Desk, and related products.
  • Support the development of new business processes, contributing your perspective on new frameworks and ways of working as new core systems are introduced
  • Create projects, sets up project permissions, and assign Jira project administrators

This is a tech first company who values a growth mindset, this contract would be suited to someone enthusiastic about technology with previous experience working for a scale up. Fin tech experience is a bonus, however my client is open to someone with the right mindset who brings experience from another sector.
