Data Engineer (AWS)

A client of ours in urgent need of an experienced Data Engineer who has been working with AWS.

You will be tasked to:

  • Design, build & maintain AWS Data structures with clean, scalable code
  • Develop custom data integrations from and to multiple sources
  • Work with R&D and analytics on Machine Learning projects
  • Work with product teams to build data driven applications

Experience required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SQL & and programming languages (Python, Ruby, Scala, etc.)
  • Experienced in managing/developing ETL workflows
  • Understanding of AWS data processing tools and Redshift
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, data governance, Docker, Terraform is a plus
    Experience working with Airflow is a plus
  • Experience with MPP data warehouses like Redshift, Teradata, Snowflake and databases like Postgres, Oracle, MySQL etc.
