Digital Project Manager - Agency Background
Start: ASAP
Length: 4months (initially)
Location: Remote/London
Pay: £300PD
My client in London is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join them on the 7th December latest 30th November would be ideal though!

You'll be part of their Internal Creative Agency, managing campaigns from briefing to delivery, rather
than projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of both creative projects and BAU for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards across a variety of channels
  • Assist the Global Head of Delivery in the development of best practice processes and ways of working in both the creative and marketing team
  • Grasp hold of projects that are both new and in-flight, understand delivery requirements and work with the team to deliver the project to completion.
  • Receiving and interpreting briefs from the client, updating and interpreting it and coordinating the necessary approvals.
  • Resourcing and casting the correct members of the team against the briefs in collaboration with key stakeholders within the agency.
  • Ensure detailed project, implementation or actions plans are created for each project as appropriate.
  • Ensure risks and issues are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed to minimise disruption to successful delivery.
  • Ensure the appropriate and relevant level of testing is in place for all projects.
  • Chair and own weekly status meetings with both the clients and key agency stakeholders ensuring that project statuses, risks and onboarding processes are detailed and communicated clearly.

Skill Set:

  • Experience of delivering projects in high pressure situations within an agency setting and across different channels.
  • Collaborative, open and friendly with the ability to quickly form relationships with various stakeholders
  • Long term freelance experience delivering campaigns across channels.
  • A thought leader able to influence the development of a first-class delivery service and supporting the pragmatic delivery of client and agency projects.
  • Able to juggle different projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Some experience of managing teams.
  • Personable, working effectively with a variety of different people; you encourage and positively influence people to join you on your journey.
  • Able to work across a variety of production processes and aware of their technological requirements.
