SmartSourcing are looking for a Process Re-Design Consultant to work for a large client.Essential
- Undergraduate degree
- Qualifications in process re design eg Lean Six Sigma
- Deep knowledge of the approaches and techniques of process re design
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Process re design
- Analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback from internal users to make evidence based recommendations
- Being able to move between big picture strategic thinking and hands-on more detailed work to resolve issues
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to draw out the views of stakeholders and form a consensus view
- Ability to rapidly assimilate and then effectively communicate clearly technical issues
- Ability to lead a project delivery team
- Proven track record of successfully delivering transformation projects and in particular process re design projects
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivery and the ability to get things done
Desirable
- Project or programme delivery qualification
- Qualification in Change Management
- Knowledge of the Banking and Insurance sector
- Agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of some of UKEFs key IT system eg Salesforce
- IT Technical skills such as how systems are developed and can be linked.
- Knowledge of equivalent processes in the banking or Insurance sectors.
- Experience of working in the banking or Insurance sectors
- Experience as an SRO, accountable executive or similar role
- Experience of working in an agile delivery environment
