Description
My client is seeking a python developer to work on a defence project.
Please note - this work is outside of IR35
SC clearance is essential
Location: Fully remote
Duration: 3 month initial contract
- Experience taking prototype code/algorithms and turning them into scalable performant code
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside applied scientists, including pair programming, code review, consulting on their solutions and guiding development
- Experience building modelling and data pipeline
- Experience with containerisation and deployment (Kubernetes)
- Technologies: Python (essential), C++ (beneficial)
- Experience working on large scale stochastic simulations beneficial (agent based simulations specifically)
