Description
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing business based in the North East for several Service Desk & Roll Out Engineers.
Due to an increase in winning new contracts our client is now looking for additional support from candidates who can demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following:
- Building of assets (Laptops) asset tagging, asset database maintenance and asset distribution globally
- Provide support around queries involving operation and management of PCs, telephones and other desktop devices in a networked environment, networks, telephony and wireless networks.
- Windows operating systems, including current versions.
- Microsoft Office suite including MS Outlook and MS Teams
- Internet Browsers.
The roles are fully remote at the moment although a return to an office environment is envisaged for Autumn 2021
Candidates should be able to start in March and the contract is envisaged the last for 12months.
