-Oracle Fusion Manager (HCM)
-Fully Remote
-6 Week Contract
-15th March Start
-Good Day Rates via Umbrella
Our client require someone to act as Fusion Manager - HCM while they wait for the permanent person to join. The contract would be for 6 weeks and we would need someone to start 15th March.
Skills, Experience and Duties
-Good working knowledge of how Fusion works for both HR and payroll eg how to set up an element/
balance, what the different elements link to etc.
-Understand the HCM user interface - how HR use the system
-Good working knowledge of the links and operations between HCM and other parts of Fusion eg ERP approval rules etc.
-Proven technical knowledge of Fusion and the ability to understand and amend fast formula
-Customer focused and delivery of excellent service
-Co-ordinate quarterly Oracle upgrades with core HR and payroll teams. Review release notes in conjunction with SME and co-ordinate test scripts and monitor test outcome.
-Raising, managing and escalating SRs with Oracle.
