Help desk/Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support - Northamptonshire - Inside of IR35

One of Badenoch & Clark's key clients requires an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team for an initial period of 3 months.

Ideally we are looking for candidates with previous experience working on an IT Service Desk.

*Active Directory password resets and administration of accounts
* ITIL experience
* Windows 7
* Password resets
* Office 2003/7
* Outlook configuration
* Remote support of client PC's
* Software installations
* Printer configurations
* MS Office Support
* Bespoke software
* Problem resolution
