NextLink Solutions is currently looking for a for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assitant - Plannerfor a 6 month mission in the wonderful city of Brussels, Belgium. You will
integrate a multicultural team of passionate experts that will support and integrate you fully as a member of the department.
Job Spec:
To be able to realize our ambitious projects, we need an extra employee within the Planning, Production & Coordination Team. You will work within the Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) division, and more specifically in the North Field Activities department. This department is responsible for the construction and maintenance of our telecom infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Manage all parties involved in the construction of our network infrastructure (xDSL, FTTx, Backbone ) on the public domain -
Provide the necessary permits at the cities and municipalities
Provides budget: the creation of POs for contractors and adequate follow-up of current POs
Responsible for correct and «just-in-time» material delivery on site - You follow up the partners, so that the projects are timely and qualitative
Minimize nuisance for local residents and users on the public domain during and after the works
Ensure the coordination of synergy works with utility companies
Ensure correct settlement of the works and validation of the as-built files.
Ensure a correct reflection of our activities in the field in our follow-up and network documentation systems
Profile:
Dutch Language proficiency . French is a plus.
