MI & Data Reporting Analyst URGENTLY required for top tier London Market Insurer/London Market Syndicate/London Market Underwriter.
DATA ANALYST/MI ANALYST/MI & DATA ANALYST
We are currently looking for an experienced London Insurance Market MI & Data Reporting Analyst that has excellent MS EXCEL skills and a deep understanding of the London Insurance Market/Lloyds of London Insurance Market/Syndicate Insurance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE LONDON INSURANCE MARKET/Lloyds of London Insurance EXPERIENCE - ESPECIALLY FOCUSSED ON EXTERNAL SUBMISSIONS/LLOYDS REPORTING (ie Solvency Annual Returns (ASR, ASB), Gross Quarterly Data, and other associated Lloyd's regulatory requirements)
6 months Initially - London/City based (but working from home until COVID passes); ASAP Start.
The purpose of this role is to provide data support within the Claims Function and produce Key MI and data deliveries both internally and externally. This is whilst working closely in parallel with other functions such as Reinsurance, Actuarial, Operations and Underwriting.
Skills & Experience required:
- You will have advanced knowledge of data analysis and MI within the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market or London Market.
- You will be naturally inquisitive with data extraction and manipulation.
- Possess strong knowledge and appetite for data, MI and associated analytics and reporting systems.
- A good level of understanding of Syndicate reporting.
- You will have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and develop working relationships with team members/other departments within the Group.
- Good written communication skills are also required.
- Attention to detail is paramount; you will be required to produce accurate work whilst working to tight deadlines and therefore must be able to prioritise your work.
- You will have strong IT skills, especially Excel.
