IAM Team Leader.
My client are looking for a strong leader to form a new IAM Team and is needed to be in position to manage the Business requests, Delivery, Support and Stakeholder Management of this Identity and Access Management Service.
You should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead a team to deliver and support a market leading cloud solution. You should enjoy collaborating with people, managing your own time and workload and have strong attention to detail.
Experience Required:
- Relevant Experience or Degree in Business or IT related field and/or equivalent.
- Real world experience of integrating 3rd party application into IAM/SSO systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery mechanisms.
- Identity Management certifications (eg CIAM) highly desirable and Cyber Security qualifications (CISSP, CISM, CEG, OSCP or Crest) advantageous.
- Broad understanding of technology risks and controls including risk scenarios, policies and standards, control assessments and measurements, issues, and breaks.
- 2 years+ IAM applications (preferably PING) experience.
- Experience of managing delivery teams.
- Proven record of excellent problem detection and resolution.
- Experienced in managing suppliers, managed services, and partners.
- Strong stakeholder Management and Leadership.
