Your specific responsibilities will include:
*Execute, manage and lead a set of EMS customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process.
*Maintain strong working knowledge of the Service, take ownership for Service improvement.
*Manage customer and partner Onboarding programs within expected timeframes while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs.
*Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage in technical communities.
*Identify and drive technical improvements to the services or processes that will materially improve the quality of the services provided.
*Drive development by training delivery, mentoring as well as driving the relationship.
*Monitor and enhance the technical performance of the team in the areas of products, customer satisfaction, technical development, as well as enhance quality and provide feedback.
*A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring and administering a cloud-based MDM solution, ideally Intune in large organizations of more than 1,000 managed devices/users, covering the following areas (some features may have been released more recently than 3 years ago):
oDevice enrollment and configuration settings on 3 or more of the following platforms:
*Windows
*Windows Mobile/Phone
*iOS
*Android
*Samsung KNOX
*MAC computers
oE-mail, Wi-Fi and VPN profile deployment
oConditional Access (device compliance)
oApplication deployment
oMobile Application Management with and without device enrollment
Experience with Microsoft Intune is preferred.
*3 years of hands-on experience managing System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager or newer versions, covering the following areas:
oPC hardware and software inventory reporting including creation of custom reports
oSoftware updates management
oApplication deployment
oCompliance policy (DCM) creation and deployment
*A minimum of 2 years of experience enabling and configuring Office 365 services is required.
*Experience of deploying, configuring and administering features of Azure AD and Azure AD Premium
*Technical understanding of the following services/infrastructures:
oCertificate Authority providers/Public Key Infrastructures
oWiFi infrastructures
oVPN infrastructures
*3 years of hands-on experience managing mobile devices through EAS, creating allow, block and quarantine lists specifying which mobile devices are allowed access to Exchange mailboxes.
*Experience with non-Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions is a plus.
*Experience of working with different identity solutions including ADFS
Desired Experience for AADP FastTrack Engineer
*Multi forest AD experience
*Experience of working with different identity solutions including ADFS
*Experience of publishing on premise applications to the cloud
*Knowledge of Multi Factor authentication
*Any knowledge of SSO for SaaS based applications
Certifications:
*Any Azure certification is considered a plus: 70-532, 70-533, 70-534
