Description
Senior Business Analyst with live and active SC Clearance or DV Clearance required by an ever growing defence client of mine based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience with strategic tenders and management of PMP/Tender strategies in the contracts market. You'll be working very closely with senior stakeholders so strong stakeholder management skills are also important.
The Senior Business Analyst is required to come on board to support strategic tenders, requirements capture, and design activity. The project will also focus on Data Integration and Data Warehousing, so experience in this space would be highly advantageous but not essential.
You will be a senior end to end Business Analyst who is able to work under their own volition on full business analysis, requirement management and business process improvement duties. You'll need experience in the defence or government sector and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will also need experience of:
- Writing requirements and management plans
- Stakeholder engagement
- Full cycle business cases & Government spending (HM Green Book exp. Is ideal)
- Supporting the creation of Project lifecyle documents such as PMP, Tender evaluation plans, CONUSE, cost modelling.
- Experience of tendering (preparation, drafting & moderation)
Desirable experience:
- Data integration and data warehousing
Please note it is essential that you have current and live SC Clearance or DV Clearance. Without this we are unable to discuss the opportunity with you. The role is based in Portsmouth (currently remote) but will move to 2-3 days onsite working post-COVID so you will need to be able to commute to this area.
