Experience required
- Minimum of 8 years overall IT experience
- 7+ years Business Analyst experience
- 3+ years Salesforce experience
- Must have knowledge of Marking and sales
- Sales Cloud experience
Responsibilities
- 10 or more years of demonstrated hands-on experience in gathering business requirement, creating business specifications, working with application development teams to IT solutions
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Collaborate with application developers, business owners, and operation engineers to ensure the creation of application design
- Define and enforce business standards, design styles and best practices
- conduct market analyses, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
