Description

A professional services organisation is currently hiring for a Customer Journey/Experience Project Manager to work on a Salesforce programme, leading the client/customer journey mapping workstream. This role requires someone who has worked with Salesforce Lightening from a user perspective rather than the technical implementation side.

The hiring manager describes the ideal PM as:

"Someone hands on who can work with sales and marketing teams globally to ensure they understand the importance of the customer journey being tracked on Salesforce. Someone who has previously coached senior leaders on how to use the system to its full abilities but with the customer experience being at the heart of why. The end goal is to have a master client record but we can't get to this until we have all the customer journeys fully mapped - I need someone who has done this before."

In order to be considered for the role you must have:

  • Significant experience leading customer journey process mapping projects using Salesforce and have full working knowledge of the Lead to Order process.
  • Experience working closely with Business Analysts to gather current processes and document the existing methods.
  • Experience in selling new processes to senior stakeholders, getting them on board with the new ways of managing the CRM and coaching them on the benefits of them using this effectively.
  • A direct approach to stakeholder engagement, this is a remote and global role so will require you to identify and manage internal relationships.
  • Salesforce lightening experience is a bonus.

A little more detail on the role:

  • Remote but West London based when restrictions are relaxed
  • £650 - £700 day rate
  • 3-6 months initial but with strong possibility for extensions
