Process Business Analyst - remote working
Day rate up to £450
Contract initial 6 months - URGENT START
Myles Roberts are currently looking to on-board a strong process business analyst to work with a large, global banking client. The project involves integrating a new piece of technology into existing processes across the bank.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Analyse and identify gaps and issues on daily operation processes
- Analyse and identify gaps and feasibility on business initiatives
- Propose and implement recommendations, such as, but not limited to, risks, system changes and process changes
- Participate in user testing, process evaluation, preparing documentation, including process flows and procedures, progress reports, project documentations
- Effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders to collect user requirements, conduct training and post reviews
- Analyse and prepare MIs and regular & ad-hoc reporting
- Support daily processes, control reviews and ad-hoc assignments

Following skills are essential:
- Recent experience working in a large programme within a top tier Bank.
- Good understanding of banking products, operations processes and procedures, risks and controls
- Appreciate dynamic and fast pacing marketing and environment challenges
- Excellent interpersonal rand communications skills.
- Experience in process modelling and mapping developing "as is" and "to-be" process maps to industry and in-house standards
- Able to present findings to groups, clarify assumptions, highlight ambiguity and identity potential gaps or issues of a new process/TOM
- Comfortable working remotely with multiple stakeholders to understand, document, walk-through, review process maps
