NextLink is working with a multi-national consulting company, who is looking for a Jr. Security/Network Engineer in Belgium
Job Title: Jr. Security/Network Engineer
Location: Belgium
Duration: 6 Months

Description:
You will be part of the operational team, where you will:
- Investigate incidents reported by your team members
- Investigate reported incidents and problems
- You will participate in project activities, eventually becoming technical lead in projects related to your expertise domains.
Requirements:
Understanding of:
- TCP/IP stack
- STP, OSPF, VRRP/HSRP, CDP/LDP, BGP, dot1q
- DNS, DHCP, HTTP(s), SNMP
- Stateful firewall L4 policies
Knowledge about/experience with two of the following vendors:
- Cisco IOS*/IOS-XE/NXOS (*required)
- Juniper Junos
- Fortinet FortiOS
- Palo Alto PanOS
- F5 TMOS
- Experience in a Linux Shell environment
Qualifications:
Excellent people skills and team player
- Experience with various network tools
- Dutch verbal and writing skills
