Test Co-Ordinator, Brussels/HomeworkingYou will be allocated on a project as a testco for performing mainly the following tasks :
- Planning, tracking of all migration test activities, including defect solving, preparation of test cases / scenarios.
The migration activities do concentrate around the areas :
- Customer & contract migration (mainly Salesforce/Cloudsense, but also 'synced' with the SAP system)
- Billing & dunning migration (mainly SAP)
- Planning, tracking of 'regression tests'
Ensuring that normal ops can be run also on the new customers
- Planning, tracking of 'performance testing' on the broader application landscape to secure that the increased load can be absorbed. This covers:
- Operational jobs and transactions and their impact on infra, MEC, daily jobs, …
- Daily migration switch jobs
The person we are looking for is a double role:
- a test coordinator with a previous "data migration project" that will prepare and lead the migration to a success.
- a test analyst that based on previous migration experience can drive the preparation of the test plan and challenge the test scenarios in collaboration with the experts of the technical domains and the different business owners.
Required technical skills:
Knowledge of JIRA-management and JIRA-tool in general
- Can prove expertise on migration in Utilities (CRM, billing processes, dunning, …)
- Experience on SAP, SFDC, can be a plus.
- Language: English. French and/or Dutch a plus.
