This role is inside IR35.
Our client is a financial services company providing collections and recovery support to the banking sector. They have recently won a new contract to support recovery of Bounce Bank loan products for a large UK/European Bank and have a short-term requirement for a Business Analyst to support them on the design and implementation of a new outsourcing workstream.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a lead consultant with the design and implementation of a new outsourcing workstream supporting the initial stages of recovery for Coronavirus Bounce Back loans
- The role will focused on articulating as is' and to be' operational process flows (word/visio/colleague guides etc.)
- Must have strong presentation and design skills
- Available to start from 8th March (remote working)
- Must have experience of working on loans related initiatives and understand recover processes
