CITRIX Knowledge
Ability to identify applications requirements such as AD groups, Back End databases, license requirements, Firewalls, dependent applications, hardware requirements, etc.
Ability to understand customised scripts (VBScript, PowerShell)
Experience:
- Work with customers to define application packaging requirements during the Discovery process (Installation & Configuration of Applications)
- Production of package requirements and technical specifications
- Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical meetings with internal and external customers
- Owns and contributes to the technical design of customer application discovery solutions
- Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form
- Ability to translate verbal requirements from face to face client meetings into requirements documents
- Ability to identify applications requirements such as AD groups, Back End databases, license requirements, Firewalls, dependent applications, hardware requirements etc.
- Ability to track down application source media from customer environment or vendor
- Understanding of CITRIX environments
- Ability to identify AD Groups associated with applications
- Creation of Package request forms
- Ability to identify steps to test the application functionality
- Ability to understand customised scripts (VBScript, Powershell, etc)
- Ability to troubleshoot applications that fail to install or run correctly
- Test applications in UAT environment troubleshooting and reporting on application issues
