WHO WE ARE?
We are recruiting a contract Front End developer for a prestigious Central London client to work on a sensitive Government project, due to the nature of this project/client you must have SC clearance.
WHAT WILL THE FRONTEND DEVELOPER BE DOING?
We are looking for someone to join the team and hit the ground running, with that in mind we are looking for someone with experience of digital customer experience and SC security clearance to begin. You will be helping produce web platforms for a range of client. This client offers a great base salary and career progression opportunities.
THE FRONTEND DEVELOPER SHOULD HAVE.
- SC Clearance
- Experience of Front End development, with detailed knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- An awareness of technologies used for web applications, eg HTTPS, JSON and CDNs, and of Unix-like operating systems, eg Linux and/or Mac OS.
- Understanding of software design principles, including progressive enhancement.
- Experience in building robust and accessible interfaces that work for multiple users.
- An understanding of Front End web performance.
- Ability to quickly research and learn new programming tools and techniques.
- Experience of using testing to validate solutions.
- Understanding of agile environments and version control.
