Experience: Knowledge of infra and different OT and IT layers

Tasks:
Agile facilitator - coordination of local activities
Install the MES software on the 10 sites

Language: English (mandatory), French would be an asset.

Mission description :
The Agile Facilitator is accountable for enabling cross-functional, mature product teams in the successful delivery of a product backlog for a medium complexity product or a few product teams. Each Agile Facilitator will support teams by removing obstacles, assisting in value tracking, facilitation and management of agile ceremonies as well as coaching in VFQ and agile ways of working.
Agile Facilitator responsibilities include some of the following:
• Enabling x-functional product teams: Act as a servant leader with oversight of all activities across product teams. Plan and facilitate agile meetings and team ceremonies, removing impediments or assisting the team in doing so. Establish a trusting and safe team environment with a focus on problem solving. Foster a "learn by doing" team culture and drive relentless improvement. Ensure collaboration to drive and deliver business value, adhering to the release management calendar where applicable.
• Coaching and mentoring: Serve as champion of VFQ and agile ways of working, ensuring teams exhibit VFQ mindset and continuously embed and evolve agile practices. Provide guidance, direction, and coaching to the teams. Develop the team to become self-directed and self-managing. Participate in (and may contribute to) communities of practice. Provide guidance, support and direction to the team. Develop self and support others’ development to achieve full potential.
• Product Backlog: facilitate creation and maintenance of the backlog data in the product board, ensuring content is accurate, prioritized and fit for purpose (ex: ready for execution, available for reporting to governance boards, etc)
• Best Practices: Liaise with Strategy, Design and Test organization as well as other partner organizations (ex: Quality, Established Products, Portfolio, Finance) to adopt and embed standards and best practices across the product teams. Influence others including those more senior on best practices
• Strategy Alignment: Understand the strategic direction as it relates to team goals and ensure strategy and delivery alignment at the product/team level.
Functional domain focus for the Agile Facilitator role covers:
• Enabling cross-functional coordination on MES program, with a focus on the tech responsibilities as part of DevOps teams.
• Coordinate deployment of the MES system on the production line in the sites, with a special focus on timely delivery of Tech related activities/tasks/responsibilities.
