Key Responsibilties
- Effectively support the delivery of the Finance People and Culture agenda. This requires engagement with stakeholders across Global Finance
- Taking charge on a number of engagement plans and activities as part of the wider communication and engagement strategy
- Support the Director of Internal Communications on things such as leadership communication, creation of engaging employee focused content and events.
- This role requires a strong partnership with the People and Culture Team, Finance leadership and key stakeholders in other Global Functions.
- Implementing the Global Finance People and Communications strategy, creating content across numerous channels and formats, and using best practice techniques to increase employee engagement
Key Skills
- Proven experience in developing, managing and implementing employee communications and producing employee engagement plans
- Keen understanding of communication trends and best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong personal communication and influencing skills
- Broad knowledge of financial services would be advantageous
- A self-starter capable of driving an agenda on a virtual/remote basis
- Ability to leverage resources from across the Group to achieve goals
