Salesforce Marketing Lead - CRM, Salesforce, Creative - Derby
My client is looking for a CRM/Salesforce Marketing Lead to join them on an initial 9 month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Day-to-day tasks:
- Work with Salesforce partner and internal Salesforce Project team to design & build marketing cloud throughout the business.
- Email communication strategies to deliver targeted customer communications.
- Management of the Database
- Developing & implementing an email test
- Improve customer conversion via a test and learn programme.
- Build reports to measure performance of customers journeys online.
- Implement CRM Solution
- Digital Marketing best practise
Key Skills:
- Excellent communicator - be able to communicate results to key stakeholders
- Analytical/problem solving skills
- Marketing Cloud CRM Software
- Designing & implementing marketing cloud
- Developing contact strategies to improve conversion
