Description

I am currently looking for a JIRA Administrator for a Banking client.

This will be a contract role initially for 6 months and will be remote during COVID19, we are unaware of the future working policies at current however this client is based in both Sheffield and London.

This client will require all candidates to cover their PAYE (Umbrella or similar solution as client is not taking Ltd Company Contractors)

Key Requirements:

You will be responsible for administering, evolving and supporting their Jira Cloud instance as well as the wider internal Atlassian toolset.

Our client has a modern technology environment and utilise a complex Jira set-up with multiple add-ons and locations. This role will involve numerous project work as well as 'business as usual' administration.

The applicant should be able to perform requirements gathering, including business process workflows and automation.

You will install, manage, and administer Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions.

We are looking for:

Commercial experience as a 'Super User' or Administrator for Jira
Experience in installing and configuring new Jira environments
An understanding of other products in the Atlassian eco-system, specifically Confluence
Experience with Jira on prem and Cloud, workflow, configuration, query creation, dashboard set up and reporting
Strong JQL knowledge
