Description

Your role Information Management is one of the key enablers for business decisions. Your role as the Information analytics manager plays an important role in the Professional global team.The client is currently going through a period of rapid separation and transformation, they are seeking a talented lead to help support the transition of our B2B business through this period of change:

  • Deployment of several secondary sales and Trade promotion management platforms being introduced into the countries
  • Maintenance of data within these platforms
  • Ongoing support and training to end-users
  • Design/implement reporting/visualization tools
  • Provide value-adding analyses related to a wealth of ad hoc business requests.

This is a unique profile: you like to roll-up your sleeves to get the operational activities done, but at the same time you need to have strong technical skills combined with a solid business understanding

Main responsibilities:

Business delivery & data management:

  • You will be the point person in the global team to support the readiness and deployment of platforms (initially Alteryx, Systrion and GoSimple) through:
  • Go-live Delivery phases for all countries
  • Ongoing management of these platform in the BAU Operational space,
  • Liaising with the Project Teams, Process Owners, Vendors, Market Leads and end Users who are experiencing this period of change.
  • Manage master data requirements for all countries by working with the IN-Life support teams to ensure the data is maintained and managed effectively
  • Manage the Integration Flow between the key systems to ensure that sales data is processed and managed with the business through the platforms
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors to ensure the systems are maintained in line with support agreements
  • Manage and participate in software and usability
  • Technical integration and user testing prior to go-live,
  • Reporting issues to the project team so that issues can be prioritized & resolved before Go-Live.
  • Provide long-term training & support after the go-live period in countries:
  • Continued end-user support and training for the management, maintenance and ongoing usage of the platforms
  • Help end users navigate through the system, and report issues to the project team to support prompt resolution.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled Vendor meetings, upgrade testing, optimization & other activities
  • Supporting in maintenance of Customer Pricing Models in Market
  • Provide ad hoc support for emerging countries, including data mapping, harvesting, data cleansing, initiation with the tool itself (testing & training)
