SCCM/3rd Line Technical Lead required for my client based in Guildford for a 6 month contract/Rate approx. £30-35ph

This role will fall inside IR35

You will be responsible for:
The resolution of tickets assigned to the Service Delivery team and support for all client side computing
Technical Lead for 2nd Line Engineers.
Providing 3rd line support, working closely with the Business Systems, Infrastructure and Security teams.

Key Purpose of Job

To work on developing Solutions with the Business Systems, Infrastructure and Security teams utilising SCCM for use across the Enterprise and within specific areas of the business.
Deliver 3rd line support for the IT Service Delivery in accordance with all Service Delivery procedures and SLA's, providing support for internal users across multiple sites.

Key Tasks
Ensure end client security vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated in conjunction with security team
Administration of client side infrastructure including Active Directory.
Undertake projects to develop, deploy and support a wide range of applications and IT Solutions, working across the IT teams as appropriate in line with the IT roadmap.
Research, recommend, plan and implement new IT solutions and technologies.
Deliver 3rd Line Technical Support for Service Delivery team helping to resolve escalated tickets from 1st and 2nd Line
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of assigned tickets to resolution or escalation where necessary once fully investigated.
Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of systems ensuring corrective action is taken as necessary to ensure that they operate reliably.
Installation of IT Hardware and Software.
Where necessary, provide support to the Service Delivery, Business Systems, Infrastructure, and Security teams

Skills/Experience
Proven experience with SCCM
Previous experience with developing client solutions.
Must be capable of defining a problem and applying a problem-solving methodology
Must be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Previous customer facing role
Able to develop the skills and capabilities of the team, preferably with experience of mentoring.

Service Delivery

Good working knowledge of the Windows desktop operating systems and common applications
Proven experience with managing and maintaining Computers
Proven understanding of LAN technologies
Proven abilities in diagnostics and troubleshooting
Proven knowledge of PC hardware
Good working knowledge of Active Directory
Experience of virtualisation, inc. Desktop, and its benefits.
Technical leadership.
